All of our trainers are fully trained and certified with the
American Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and/or the National
Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
In addition to one on one individual sessions, we also offer
small group sessions for an even more affordable and fun way to
maximize your workout with personalized instruction and motivation.
