November is a time to reflect on what we have to be grateful for, before the rush of December. It may be difficult to do with Christmas trees in the department stores, Hallmark Christmas movies playing daily and Starbucks distributing their famous "red" cups. But I encourage you to take the time to reflect on all you have to be thankful for....it's good for you! That's right!
